Hi there and thanks for visiting my web page.
It's very exciting for me to introduce the first Mini Challenge in English. This is a program I created at the end of last year, hoping to help my clients shed a few extra pounds before the 2019 Holiday Season.
The program was so successful we did a second round ; weight loss for the 11 days of the program has ranged from 4- 8 pounds per individual. Individual results vary and will depend on many factors, but if you join and follow this easy-to-do plan, you will be successful!
The Mini Challenge offers you 10 days of menus, tips and recipes with an additional and optional 11th day. You will receive a detailed manual including all you need to know, plus you will be in one of our small coaching chats (via whatsapp) , where we all share and learn. Participants constantly ask questions, share their meals and even their thoughts and challenges , making it a lot easier to continue until the end.
This program is for you if:
- You want to shed a few pounds ( those last few pounds) or even if you have many pounds to lose, it will be a great jump start.
- You want to lose weight and body fat as you learn how to eat healthy, take care of your body and learn to control your mind and appetite to avoid emotional eating.
- You enjoy cooking simple, yet delicious and filling meals
- You enjoy group support and coaching
- You are currently exercising and are looking for a boost for your fat loss
The Mini Chanllenge is a carb cycling plan, which means carbs ARE included, but just in certain combinations and portions that trigger fat loss and satiety.
