A new year calls for new projects in the quest to keep moving forward!

After a year as complex as 2020, I think we have all re-aligned priorities. And now more than ever, we appreciate and need our health.

With this 2-week plan, you will be able to give this 2021 a boost and start putting your health at the top of the list as you learn practical strategies to eat delicious, balanced, and with easy preparations.

A clean, anti-inflammatory diet will help you gain mental clarity, lose weight and boost your immune system. The rest and repair of the digestive system is a critical piece to keep in mind and will be one of the educational topics we will be discussing. The bottom line, what you are eating is affecting you profoundly and, every choice you make is an opportunity to nourish body and mind.

What are the pillars of this program?

This plan mixes principles of conscious eating, elimination diets, "Clean Eating", basic intermittent fasting, and carb cycling.

The menu is high in  vegetable intake, moderate in fat and protein intake, and low in carbohydrates on some days; on other days, the carbs intake is moderate.

We will eliminate all foods that may be problematic for two weeks to give the digestive system and the immune system a rest so we can reduce overall inflammation.

How does it work?

As soon as you join you will be added to a whatsapp chat of maximum 15 like minded women that will be on this journey with you.

Through this chat I will send you the program and coach you through the whole process. We have lots of fun and learn a lot from the program and from one another.
