Healthy 2020 Challenge is a 14 day program designed to clean up your diet and rev up your metabolism, foster healthy habits and lose weight!
This Challenge is for you if:
- You want to shed some stubborn pounds and you have "tried everything"
- You want to learn to balance your meals better and eat more vegetables in delicious ways
- You are serious about your health and understand that food and your relationship with it is an important pillar for health.
- You enjoy a meal plan with some carbs! This is a carb cycling program so carbohydrates are are included (but) strategically.
- Easy to follow menus are your priority! Food is delicious and easy to prepare
- You want to look and FEEL good by eating real food ( and without starving)!
- Join me with your buddies and be prepared to eat delicious food and learn alot and have fun along the way.
